Will my indexer account get rate-limited or suspended?

It can. GeekStream reduces risk by respecting documented budgets, combining equivalent searches, caching permitted results, backing off, and pausing after restrictions. It never evades limits and cannot guarantee ban-proof operation. See [the full account-limits guide](indexer-account-limits.md).

Does streaming change provider rules or legal responsibilities?

No. Streaming still transfers data, provider terms and applicable laws still apply, and owners remain responsible for lawful sources and use. GeekStream's differentiator is responsible request handling and protected credentials—not concealment or immunity from restrictions.
